A dawdling 32km jolly this afternoon. Shorts and t-shirt weather, which is nice. Straight in the hammock when I got back.

Back in the saddle for the first time in well over 18 months. Just 5 miles to see if my clown car body held together, which it seems to have done, but I’m knackered. Knackered but happy.

I’ve fitted a suspension seat post and a riser stem which is way more comfortable than it used to be.

Over budget, but what do you think?

I have tried to visit the site but the link wouldn't load. I will try later. here is also another carbon model which I found online and looks cheap https://wheelsity.com/products/electric ... tain-bike/

I am 100% confident that you have no connection with the link you posted in your very first post on this forum.

I think the only CTF efforts in this particular art genre resulted in a cock and balls, and an breast.

Putting sealant in my tyres last night I found this

I think I know when I did it too which was when I went over the bars about 2yrs ago. Rear derailleur could have pinged off at any time.

Ordered the part from PX yesterday at 7pm yesterday and I’ve just had notification it will be here in an hour. Impressive.

Also when I ordered at the checkout screen it asked if I wanted to buy a litre of hand sanitiser for £15. Probably not a bad investment. https://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/HNLSHANSA ... -sanitizer

I had exactly that happen on my bike and the derailleur did actually ping off. I’d dropped the bike one day when the initial damage must have happened then it snapped off under load the next day. Shimano 105 too, but the old 10 speed one which I think is called Tiagra now.

I ordered this yesterday for the front of my trials bike. Astounding bargain. Uses Shimano pads too so spares not a concern.

https://www.ribblecycles.co.uk/rever-at ... ost-mount/

Just installed it and it works perfectly. Only thing is it's a left hand lever for the front brake, so I've installed it upside down.

And I don't have the horrid orange heat sinks.

Went to remove it and it instantly snapped, thankfully in the comfort of my garden and not hurtling down a trail.
