De-veining prawns is easy, and in fact not necessary (though preferable). Deshelling them which most people get stuck on is easy too, just Google for a video on how to do both There are always loads of clips of that sort of thing now and better than one of us explaining it.

But not eating anything with an exo-skeleton is to be applauded. All the more scallops, lobster etc for the rest of us.

P.s
Although everyone thinks prawns are better because they are bigger, shrimp have more flavour

Do scallops have an exoskeleton?

Isn't a shell a kind of exo-skeleton?

I don't think it counts, because it's armour rather than a chassis, or it's just not complicated enough, or something.

I looked and all online sources I can find seem to suggest that shells are exo-skeletons

No, I'm not the biggest seafood fan really. I like cod (or cod replacement), and tuna, but I think that's about it.

You've never had fresh tiger prawns then... tiger prawns > shrimp any day.

Peanut butter and jam on toast, but make it in the pan like you are making a grilled cheese.

IT all melts and goes amazing. (Just give it a few minutes to cool a bit before biting in!)

You're welcome.
